Healing Assistant, Reiki Practitioner in Training
Tina has been studying with a healing practitioner for the last two years on how to be mindful of oneself. Tina has practiced yoga for more than 10 years and knows how important it is to be centered and balanced. While teaching preschool for 13 years she became aware of how important it is for young children to have a routine so they can feel secure. Tina would like to see breathing techniques taught in the schools through yoga exercises as well as offering it at the wellness center. Her passions are photography and traveling. She has 3 beautiful grandchildren ages 7, 3 and 2. May peace reside in you.
